MATHIAS GOETHALS

 

Mathias is an aerialist and hand balancing artist.

​

He is born and raised in Belgium and is a multidisciplinairy, contemporary circusartist who is specialized in hand balancing and aerial straps. He has years of experience national and internationally as a freelance artist on numerous events, festivals, theaterperformances and cabarets.

He worked for example in 2020 as a straps artist together with Franco Dragone in his renowned show "The House Of Dancing Water" in Macau, China. 

Mathias is focussing now on his freelance adventure, and creating own performances. He is also a guest teacher and member of the board on Codarts Universty for  Circusarts in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

AERIALIST:

He was part of the Aeriaelettes mainstage team at Tomorrowland winter in 2025 in Alpe D'Huez in France performing several flying harnass acts.

Also he performed for The Aerialettes in Amsterdam during big events performing in flying harnass.
