RENSKE ENDEL

 

 

 

Renske is a aerialist, contortionist and handbalancing ground acrobatics specialist.

 

She was a former vice world champion in gymnastics .

Gymnast:

Her passion for acrobatics and gymnastics started at the age of 5. After a few years training at DVV Noord-Scharwoude her talent got noticed by top gymnast coaches and from there on she entered the world of professional gymnastics. 

8 years she presented The Netherlands in international gymnastic competitions.

Her best prestations were in 2001and 2022. She became Vice World & European champion on asymmetric bars. This was the first medal in the World Champions for woman since 1903. 

 

Aerial Artist:

After the world champions in 2003 Renske decided to quit. She started to create her own special performance acts. She got recruited by aerial acrobatic company Corpus Acrobatics. She did many international performances with them. 

Renske has almost 20 years expierence as a ground and aerial acrobat.

She had a collaboration with the Aerialettes and Sol Air Company. In 2021 they created Nieuw Zicht that was subsidised by Norma. They toured in 4 locations in the Netherlands. It also was shown on Cultuurexplosie live in Hembrugterrein Zaandam.

Currently she is doing a acrobatic show in Slagharen and in october 2022 she'll tour with the Barok Opera Amsterdam with the production 'Reis naar de Maan'.
